This week on Cyberwalker Tuesday: Blu-Ray, Tivo in Canada, deleting files and the ever popular BSOD.

Every Tuesday I appear on AM 640 Toronto (640 AM) on The Stafford Show. Mike Stafford is a good friend and long time host on the station and I started doing 30 minute live tech help calls (no prep, seat of the pants) with him in early 2005, then I was forced to take a break because of my schedule, but now I am back.

If you listen live on the Internet, the show airs Tuesdays at 6:30 PM Eastern Time.

• Mike and Andy discussed the Panasonic Blu-Ray DVD Player.
• Roxanne heard Andy talk last week about getting a Tivo in Canada and had some questions.
• Roger wanted to know about what files were safe to delete when uninstalling software.
• John had a question about an intermittent BSOD error he was getting. Andy recommended scanning his system with AVG .

John was today's winner of Leo Laportes Guide to Safe Computing which has a pdf version of Andy's Book included as well as a copy of AVG.
